The electric ceramic stove heating plate includes a heat insulation layer, a bottom shell, a ceramic base, a terminal 1 and a terminal 2. Through the heat insulation layer, the bottom shell and the ceramic base, the lower part of the terminal 1 and the terminal 2 is provided with a terminal connected with an external power source, and the terminal penetrates from the bottom of the ceramic base.
