Belling Oven Heating Element

The belling oven heating element is made of a metal tube as the shell. Spiral electric heating alloy wires (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy) are evenly distributed along the central axis of the tube. The gaps are filled and compacted with magnesia sand with good insulation and thermal conductivity. Both ends of the nozzle are made of silica gel or Ceramic seal. Usually used in household ovens, it is made of high-temperature resistant materials, making it dry-boiled.
