Description
Ceramic infrared heating elements produce long-wavelength infrared radiation and are durable, effective heaters.
The operation at temperatures ranging from 300°C to 700°C (572°F to 1292°F) results in the production of infrared wavelengths in the range of 2 to 10 micron, which is the distance that absorbs the most heat from plastics and other materials.
Additionally, a variety of aluminized steel reflectors are available to ensure that the majority of the generated radiation is reflected toward the target area.
Our infrared heaters are made to produce the most heat energy possible. They are made from a heating coil that has been burned in well. The heater has resistance wire that is extremely resistant to heat and protects it from damage.
Since the heaters' resistance is designed to remain constant over the entire temperature range, their service life is extended. This heater's glaze has high radiation efficiency because of its excellent radiation properties.
