Typical structure of cartridge heater (Popular structure) is same to heating tube,Generally consists of five parts:Insulator, sealing material,leading rods, filling material, electric wire, metal protective tube, terminal.Coil electric wire and leading rod are set in the metal protective tube.

How to choose the right cartridge heater?

1. The diameter difference between the hole diameter and pipe diameter should be within from 0.05 to 0.1 mm, for example, if the hole size diameter is 10 mm, then the tube diameter should be more than 9.8 mm.
2. Use stainless steel as much as possible, and iron material will be difficult to pull out and replace once it has been used for a long time.
3. Reserve a part of the cold end in the outside if the space is enough , which is convenient for plugging.
4. Specify the required temperature.
5. Whether the leads need to withstand high temperature or not.
6. Identify whether it is equipped with the vibratility/ mobility/ stress or not
