Cartridge pencil heaters made by Jaye pencil tube-shaped. In this process, the heavy industrial Joule heating element (resistance) used in the industry is heated, usually customized to a specific watt density, based on its intended application. Cartridge heaters provide excellent heat transfer, uniform temperature and resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures.
