Points for Attention of the Cartridge Heater for Die Mold Heating:
The surface load of the mold heating cartridge heater is much higher than the air heating cartridge heater, and the heat transfer of air is slower than that of solids. It can not be directly heating in the air without connecting with the mold. When it is temporarily not used in the warehouse, it should be stored in a dry place. When the insulation resistance is lowered to less than 1MΩ after being placed, Jaye industry suggest dry them in an oven at about 150-200℃ for several hours or the component can be heated by turning on the power, and then power off and naturally cooled, that is, the insulation resistance can be recovered.
