Low Voltage Cartridge Heater refers to the metal tubular single-head heating tube that used for the low voltage applications. The armored single-head heating tube puts the spring electric heating wire into the metal sheath, and evenly fills the gap part with modified oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation. The tube shrinks the tube to insulate the heating wire from the air. It is formed by shrinking the tube, annealing, bending the tube, welding fasteners and other processes without shifting in the center position and touching the tube wall.

Cartridge Heater Structure

Instructions for use:

1. According to the different surface load, it is divided into A level (6W/cm2-12W/cm2), AA level (12W/cm2-15W/cm2), AAA level (15W/cm2-40W/cm2);

2. Different materials are used according to different levels, and the price and cost are different. Please choose according to the actual situation and the target price;

3. Domestic craftsmanship can generally only achieve below 6W/cm2, the material will be stainless steel 304, and the warranty is generally 3 months;

4. A, AA, AAA grade products are imported materials imported technology, A, AA grades generally use German imported 321 material or Ingle 840, AAA grade generally use Ingle 840 or Ingle 800. General warranty for 1 year (embedded dry burning working environment);

5. Generally, iron-chromium-aluminum or nickel-chromium wire is used; imported process single-head heating tube adopts German BGH electric heating wire or American nickel-chromium 2080 resistance wire;

6. The insulation material is selected according to different surface loads, low temperature powder, medium and low temperature powder and high temperature powder; the imported process uses UCM magnesium oxide powder from the United States.
