High Density Industrial Cartridge Heater Element
High density industrial cartridge heater element made by Jaye is made of a metal tube as a shell and filled with a high-resistance electric heating alloy wire as a material. It is filled and compacted around the heating wire. It has good insulation properties and is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide with high thermal conductivity. Using high-quality materials and strict process technology, it is made with excellent electrical insulation performance and extremely high electrical strength.
Performance requirements of high density industrial cartridge heater element:
1 Time: Under the test voltage, the time for the component to rise from the ambient temperature to the test temperature should not exceed 15 minutes.
2 Deviation of rated power: Under the condition of sufficient heat, the deviation of the rated power of the component should not exceed the range specified below.
3 Insulation resistance :The cold insulation resistance should not be less than 50MΩ during the factory inspection.
4 Insulation withstand voltage strength: Components should be kept under the specified test conditions and test voltage for 1 min without flashover and breakdown.
