- The working voltage must be in line with the rated voltage, generally the working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.

-When embedded heating, the installation hole processing should be effective to ensure its coaxiality as well as size tolerance, if the processing is done with tools such as reamer to trim the processing hole.
-The residue left inside the machining should be cleaned before the installation of the heating rod, such as residue of machine oil, etc., which will be carbonized after heating, thus affecting the ability of heat transfer.
