Pass the coil heating wires through seamless steel pipes, copper or aluminum pipes, and use a filling machine to more evenly fill the gaps with insulation and thermal oxides, such as crystal magnesia powder (alumina or clean quartz sand are available), etc., and then Use a shrink tube machine to shrink the diameter of the pipe to make the density of the oxide medium (to the density above 3.3g/cm3), ensure that the heating wire is cut off from the air, and the center position touches the pipe wall without shifting. It can increase the heating power per unit area more than 10 times. The service life can be increased to more than 10 years. Compared with the high heating power electric element, the cartridge rod heater can save 5% of the material, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 90%.
