How to Distinguish Good or Bad Quality for Ceramic Band Heating Element?
1. Use a multimeter resistance gear (R * 1 or R * 10 gear) to measure the outgoing wire or rod of the electric heating tube. The indicated value of the resistance R is within the following range, that is, there is no short circuit at one end of the electric heating tube.
2. Use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance and electricity of the outlet wire of the electric heating tube or the tube between the outlet rod and the electric heating tube. If the indication value of the megohmmeter is larger, the better, it means that the electric heating tube has good insulation, but the lowest value should not be less than 2mΩ, otherwise the leakage protection switch will trip and fail to work.
