Now that we know the role of the heating plate, what problems do we need to pay attention to during the purchase process? We know that the heating plate can be divided into three categories, namely: stainless steel heating plate, ceramic heating plate, and aluminum casting. Cast copper heating plate, of which:

1. Ceramic heating plate: The surface of the ceramic heating plate is hot but not charged after being energized. It is widely used in light, heavy industry and domestic electric heating appliances. Ceramic coated electric heaters can be made into round shape, plate shape, tube shape, and arc surface. And other shapes. Its appearance is like ordinary porcelain for daily use, but there are electric heating wires buried in it. Because the ceramic material used has good electrical insulation performance at the working temperature, the surface is not charged, the leakage current is small, and the use is safe and reliable.

2. Cast aluminum and cast copper heating plates: Cast aluminum and cast copper heating plate manufacturers can be divided into die-casting and casting. In the case of more specifications and sizes, the casting process is generally used. High-purity aluminum blocks are used in casting production. The copper block is changed from a solid state to a liquid state by a high-temperature melting furnace, and then injected into a mold having a heating pipe installed, cooled and formed, and then processed by precision machining.

3. Stainless steel heating plate: The mica plate (mica sheet) heater uses the good insulation properties and high temperature resistance of the mica plate (mica sheet). It uses the mica plate (sheet) as the skeleton and insulation layer, supplemented by galvanizing. Or stainless steel plate for support and protection, can be made into plate, sheet, cylindrical, conical, cylindrical, circular and other shapes of heating devices. Normal surface load is 2.5-3W, and can withstand temperature of 500 degrees Celsius.

After being heated, the heating plate can raise the temperature to a rated stage in a short period of time, and after being equipped with a thermal insulation device, it has a fairly constant temperature effect. In other heating methods, during the heating process, more heat is lost than effectively converted heat, which is a waste of resources. Therefore, we do not advocate other heating methods.
